《回收資源變爆竹　環保又喜氣》

農曆春節應景妝飾及擺設用品，不必花錢購買也能變出來喔！礁溪鄉公所員工20日運用廢棄的瓶瓶缶缶，發揮巧思作成各式大小不一的爆竹飾品，還自製有著多種圖樣的紅包袋，紅通通加上金亮的色彩，在鄉公所散發出陣陣的喜氣與年味，讓洽公民眾感覺新年快要到了。

礁溪鄉公所職員陳淑華，平時就喜愛創作一些手工藝品，趁著農曆春節的前幾天，發起手作DIY課程，在鄉公所二樓會議室指導同仁動手又動腦，把回收的茶葉缶、奶粉缶等資源，做成一座座應景「爆竹」擺飾，環保又省錢。

陳淑華特別把妹妹陳慧燕遠從台中請來幫忙，指導公所員工製作紅包袋，以及運用柚子、柑桔、柳丁等水果的種子，做成年節小盆栽，過程簡單，討喜又吉利。

鄉長林錫忠呼籲大家，平常能夠多多動腦，發揮想像力與創造力，只要花一點巧思就能夠把原本要被丟棄的東西，變成有用又好看的擺飾，可謂一舉數得。

《貝澳地皮傾倒廢物 環保團體准司法覆核許可》

環保團體「爭氣行動」前主席Christian Jose Lucien Masset早前不滿環保署署長於前年9月及去年2月，兩度發出知會批准貝澳4個地段的業主，在其名下地皮上傾倒建築廢料，故入稟高等法院申請司法覆核許可，法官今批出許可，但拒絕批出臨時禁制令以阻止傾倒廢料，案件將排期正式審訊。

環保署署長一方今於庭上陳詞時指，根據《廢物處置條例》第16B、C條，環保署署長可向地皮業主發出批准，供其於地皮上傾倒建築廢料，而不需考慮任何環保因素，因已有其他條例處理環保問題。申請人一方則指，《廢物處置條例》第16條列明，業主需先取得環保署署長發出的牌照，才可在地皮上傾倒廢料，但事件中的業主並無取得牌照。環保署署長一方則反駁，《廢物處置條例》第16條並未通過立法，又指條例只賦予署長發出知會的權力，署長無權介入事件。

法官聽罷雙方陳詞後即時批出覆核許可，但拒絕應申請人要求批出臨時禁制令，案件將排期作正式審訊，期間供雙方提交進一步證供。

《開枝散葉種植車散播環保種子》

要落手落腳耕田種菜可能困難，但每日淋花種盆栽其實毫無難度，輕輕鬆鬆就可以實踐綠色生活。有青少年中心推動「流動種植車」巡遊社區，透過盆栽種植體驗、植物導賞及幼苗分享，讓活在石屎森林的都市人親親大自然，將人與自然的關係拉近，令環保意念在社區中「開枝散葉」。

實踐綠色生活的機會就在身邊，蒲窩青少年中心的「流動種植車」自去年7月起舉辦園藝工作坊，教導基本種植知識，又供參加者親身嘗試施種、移盆和接株。活動負責人蔡恆輝﹝Jack﹞期望參加者可以從植物的生命歷程中，明白珍惜大自然資源的重要性，及加深日常生活中對環保的實踐，「都市人甚少機會接觸大自然，期望可以透過工作坊，跟他們上一堂生命教育課。」

「流動種植車本身，已經是循環再造的最好示範。」負責設計種植車的木工藝術家翁志建指出，種植車以回收木材、廢鐵等物料組裝而成，車內設有多個工作桌及隔間，能擺放大量盆栽及園藝工具。他解釋設計理念與廢物回收、升級再造等環保概念息息相關，體現「物盡其用」的民間智慧。

工作坊有植物導賞環節，供參加者零距離觸摸及觀察植物，亦可將幼苗帶回家栽種。花藝師Chris認為，參加者能藉加深認識身邊的一草一木，拉近與大自然的關係，「如臭草、薄荷等常見植物，聽就聽得多，但可以真實看到、摸到，絕對是完全不同的新體驗。」Jack與Chris提供種盆栽小貼士，提醒薄荷、香草等盆栽植物雖然較「粗生」，但仍需適時澆水、修剪及接觸陽光，否則會影響植物健康，甚至促使其死亡。

園藝工作坊受街坊歡迎，連小朋友亦參與其中，經過Jack和Chris的一番教導，順利完成移盆和接株等步驟，成功將幼苗帶回家。養有3歲兒子的莫先生表示，工作坊能夠加深小朋友對植物和大自然的認識，「很多小朋友連植物的葉都未接觸過，希望再有這些活動帶他來見識一下！」

《嘉陽高中時尚走秀 易拉環秀環保》

一萬多個易拉環手作造型衣，夠炫夠酷夠環保！嘉陽高中時尚造型科暨美顏技術科「色界」走秀畢業展超吸睛，一件件顛覆傳統，集聚學生創意的時尚衣讓人嘆為觀止，「環環相扣」極具環保更是奪得第一名。
「色界」走秀畢業展今日登場，6組學生從去年9月開始進行腦力激盪，透過不斷的討論、實作再進行修正，終於把最好的完美的一面展現在眼前，學生的創意讓觀賞者嘆為觀止。
第1名的「環環相扣」，運用超過1萬個易拉環作成衣服，學生們不畏辛苦到資源回收場收集材料，也紛紛向親友募集易拉環，學生蔡伊婷說，「把拉環一個一個剪開再扣起來，中間失敗無數次，手指都被割傷了！」
評審老師林淑蕙表示，「環環相扣」創意十足，其作品真正體現出環保，學生從資源回收觀念出發，真正為地球盡一分心力，而舞台走秀呈現整體美感，充分展現自信心。
第2名的「冰融」則利用紙黏土來呈現主題，一朵朵的小花造型，做工十分細膩。「防衛」利用神秘黑白色的束帶，把自己許多重要部位框架起來，進而達到自衛的狀態，獲得第3名。

《瑞典研發鹽水發電　新款「尿袋」環保又方便》

瑞典有公司最新研發出的一款「尿袋」（即便攜式充電器），利用鹽水產生的化學作用來發電，確實是既環保又方便。
該充電器分為兩部分，一個是充電器主體，另一個是充電卡，只要把裝有鹽水的充電卡放到充電主體中，它就開始出現化學反應產生氫氣，從而發電，可為手機等裝置充電。每塊燃料電池（fuel cell）一次可提供1800mAh（每小時毫安培）的電量，足以充滿一部iPhone。不過，充電卡是用完即棄式，只能回收，不可自行補充鹽水。
據悉，民眾可以每月5美元（約40港元）租用這部充電器，為期兩年。該充電器會在下周於美國拉斯維加斯舉行的國際消費電子展（CES 2016）中展出。

《環保部指北韓核試暫時無影響中國環境及民眾》

在北京，環保部表示，北韓核試暫時無影響中國的環境和民眾。
發言人說，環保部已經第一時間啟動輻射應急監測，早上10時30分進入二級應急響應狀態，利用自動監測站和實地收集樣本分析等渠道，全面開展東北及周邊地區監測，又進行人工放射性物質分析。
新華社說，環保部將全面開展邊境地區輻射應急監測，並作出及時匯集和分析。
